Cervical Screening Placements (multiple dates available)

Please ignore the date above. We have available clinic dates at our Box Hill and City location that can be viewed and booked once you have completed the registration process.

Who Should Attend

Cervical screening clinical placements are available for nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and midwives that have successfully completed the theory component of an accredited Cervical Screening course (or equivalent) and need to undertake clinical placement/s to develop and assess their clinical competency.

Entry Requirements/Eligibility  

Evidence of successful completion (within the last 2 years) of the theory component of an accredited Cervical Screening course (or equivalent). If you are unsure or would like to discuss further, please email clinicaleducation@shvic.org.au prior to registering for the course. Evidence of current national registration through Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency will be required as part of registration process.

Cost

$200 per half day clinical placement (GST does not apply).
